Print information at high speeds from almost anywhere. Place the compact RICOH P 800 on the desktop, on a cabinet or in the corner of the room and make it your primary printer in PC, Mac® and host printing environments. Produce crisp, clear black-and-white output with 1200 x 1200 dpi at speeds up to 57 pages per minute (ppm). Appreciate its robust monthly print volumes and low print costs.

Maintain uptime, minimize delays
Enjoy first print times of less than six seconds and extend uptime with long-lasting consumables. Add up to four 500-sheet, adjustable paper trays to reduce reloads and an optional 320GB hard disk drive (HDD) to take advantage of advanced printing and security features. Toggle between tasks easily via the intuitive 4-line LCD control panel. For maintenance, reach components easily via the all-front-access design.

Print on demand, on command
Work can take you anywhere — now you can print from there, too. Download the RICOH Smart Device Connector app and pair your Android® mobile device with the printer's NFC tag for fast, convenient output without installing print drivers. Capture documents, images, files and more from your smartphone or tablet and send them instantly to the P 800 via AirPrint®, Mopria™ or Google Cloud Print.

Be secure, be accountable
Find out who's responsible. Set print quotas for individual users or groups. Enable user authentication and limit device access only to authorized users via passcodes. Add the optional HDD to enable Locked Print and securely keep documents in the print queue until released and help protect data in transit and overwrite latent images with the DataOverwriteSecurity System (DOSS).

Target audiences with more media, more precision
Print sharp lines and precise text using built-in PostScript emulation or opt for Genuine Adobe® PostScript3 for more precise font matching. Produce single- or two-sided output on paper sizes up to 8.5" x 14". Change paper easily via the front-loading design. Use the Bypass Tray for specialty media, including postcards, envelopes and heavier stocks up to 122 lb. Index/220 gsm.

Check your energy level
The compact, quiet P 800 is ENERGY STAR® certified, meets EPEAT® Silver* criteria and has a low 0.78 kWh Typical Electricity Consumption (TEC) value. Reduce operating costs even more with default duplex printing. Program the printer to power down when the office is empty with a Weekly Timer. Use Ricoh Web Image Monitor to monitor or configure your device remotely.

Power your network
Stay connected to your audience. The P 800 comes standard with Gigabit Ethernet and USB interfaces and an optional wireless interface for quick, easy configurations. It includes 2GB standard memory to handle mid-volume workloads with ease — making it ideal as a primary printer in environments limited by space.
